The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), which operates under Pakistan’s Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development, has announced new overseas job openings in Belarus through Advertisement No. 223, dated 30 October 2026. According to the notice, a client company based in Belarus is looking for skilled Pakistani workers, and interested candidates who meet the listed requirements are invited to apply.

The vacancies are for three trades: Stonemason, Plasterer and Electric Gas Welder (4th Category). There are two positions in each trade, so six jobs are available in total. All three roles carry the same salary, age bracket and basic requirements, but each trade expects its own technical knowledge. Stonemasons should understand wall laying and stone masonry work, including work in cold winter conditions, mortar preparation, bricklaying, backfilling, safe rigging and the use of pneumatic or electric tools. Plasterers are expected to know how to prepare surfaces, work with dry mixes and ready-made plaster solutions, use mechanical and manual application tools, and follow quality, occupational safety and fire safety rules. Electric Gas Welders need knowledge of welding machines (AC and DC arc welding), electrodes, shielding gas rules, welding on carbon steel, stainless steel and cast iron, welding in different positions, electrical safety, and reading welding drawings and symbols.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be male and hold professional vocational education in the field they are applying for. A medical certificate confirming fitness for the profession is required, along with a basic level of Russian, meaning the ability to read simple texts and signs, form simple sentences and understand basic spoken information. All applicants must be between 31 and 40 years old.

The advertisement also asks that applicants do not smoke, drink alcohol or use narcotic or psychotropic substances. It lists certain medical conditions, including some respiratory, skin and kidney-related categories, as contraindications.
